El Monte residents can now access the San Gabriel Valley’s premier e-bike sharing program at no cost through the Clean Mobility Nexus. Borrow a premium commuter e-bike, save on gas, and bypass traffic. From daily commutes to hauling groceries in a cargo bike, GoSGV keeps you moving forward with free repairs and dedicated local support.

Sponsored Membership

El Monte residents can access GoSGV e-bikes at no cost through El Monte's Clean Mobility Nexus. Enrolled members ride for free upon approval of their application. Residents pay a nominal security deposit to ensure responsible usage. This is fully returned at the end of your membership.

Classic Commuter E-bike

A versatile and user-friendly ride designed for daily travel, featuring a comfortable step-through frame and a front basket for carrying essentials. Powered by a reliable Bosch mid-drive motor, it delivers smooth pedal-assist up to 18 mph and a battery range of approximately 40 miles.

From quick tunes to major fixes, we’re here to help you maintain your ride with confidence. Keep your e-bike in peak condition for wherever you’re headed next.

  • ​Basic wear and tear will be covered by the program. One flat tire will also be covered by the program. Other repairs will be based on a fixed price list:

    • 2nd Flat repair - $50 (first flat is free)

    • Brake adjustment - $15

    • Derailleur adjustment - $15

    • Broken spoke - $50 

    • No charge for normal wear and tear on parts.

    Note:

    • Please contact your closest shop (see the list here) first to confirm availability, then bring the bike to a participating location. 

    • Out-of-network bike shops will not have the tools necessary to do most repairs. Please see the list above.

    • We suggest contacting local shops before you stop by, or contact the GoSGV team for support.
